Inauguration Ceremony of the Online Certificate Course in Web Designing 2022
Inauguration Ceremony of the Online Certificate Course in Web Designing 2022 was held on 12th February 2022. This course is offered by the Department of Computer Science and Informatics, Faculty of Applied Sciences, in collaboration with the Center for Open and Distance Learning of Uva Wellassa University.
The ceremony was graced By, Prof. H.M.J.C. Pitawala; Dean, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Uva Wellassa University and all the other invited guests. Ms. S.D.H.S. Wickramarathne; Head, Department of Computer Science and Informatics delivered the welcome speech by describing the aim and objectives of the Certificate Course. In her address, Ms. J.A.V.M.K. Jayakody; Coordinator, Certificate Course in Web Designing 2022, briefed the course content and other information about the course. Next the gathering was addressed by the Prof. H.M.J.C. Pitawala; Dean, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Uva Wellassa University and Dr. Ravindra Deshapriya; Director of Center for Open and Distance Learning of Uva Wellassa University.
The inauguration ceremony was concluded with the vote of thanks delivered by, Ms. J.A.V.M.K.Jayakody; Coordinator, Certificate Course in Web Designing 2022. She thanked all the invited guests and participants for gracing the occasion.
